Why does Facebook ads say this?

I'm trying to create an advert on Facebook and its showing me this error.

Sentry (URLParam) threw a restriction on category janky_blackhole_params. See https://www.internalfb.com/intern/wiki/Sentry/FAQ/ TAAL[BLAME_dirs,www/flib/si/sentry/] (#1346003)

What does this mean?

It means that your link is blocked by Facebook sever. You need to change your URL (sometimes the entire domain) in order to successfully create your advert.
