I'm trying to create an advert on Facebook and its showing me this error.

Sentry (URLParam) threw a restriction on category janky_blackhole_params. See TAAL[BLAME_dirs,www/flib/si/sentry/] (#1346003)

What does this mean?

It means that your link is blocked by Facebook sever. You need to change your URL (sometimes the entire domain) in order to successfully create your advert.
If you're running into an error when trying to set up your Facebook ads, it's likely due to one of two issues. Either the image you're trying to use is unavailable or unable to be processed, or there's an issue with the Facebook ad account itself. If it's the former, try uploading a new image and see if that resolves the issue. If not, then there may be something wrong with your Facebook ad account. In that case, reach out to Facebook support for help troubleshooting the issue.

This is weird and I also have the same error. How I solved it is that during adding of media in Facebook ads, I left all the orientation to "Original" instead of cropping the image via aspect ratio selection.

Not a lot, but a handful of cash, and it really depends on the job that you're capable of doing. You can buy and sell on facebook, which is a pretty good way of earning cash.
